This type of semi-fermented sauerkraut is familiar throughout Eastern Europe. We have it all-natural without any chemicals, fresh and crunchy.

It is delicious and it complements a variety of meals!

Typically the season for this cabbage salad is October - May, depending on the quality of the cabbage throughout the winter.
